We hired Heritage Concrete to pour our garage pad. Within 1 year the pad started flaking horribly and water was pooling in the Sw corner of the pad Towards our house). We tried contacting the company to speak with them regarding warranty coverage. After several calls to the company and a letter of demand with no response from any company representative, we took them to civil court in March 2016. We were awarded judgement in our favour as we were able to prove poor workmanship and negligence from the company.
